# Refund & Return Policy
We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. However, due to the limited nature of our products and strict quality control standards, returns and refunds are subject to the following conditions.

## Return Eligibility
Items may only be returned if:
- the request is made within 14 days of delivery
- the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- all original packaging, tags, and accessories are included
- no odors, stains, marks, damage, or signs of wear are present

We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.

## Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- worn or washed products
- items damaged after delivery
- sale/discounted items
- limited releases or exclusive drops
- gift cards
- items without original packaging/tags

## Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

## Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method or store credit within 1–10 business days.

## Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.

## Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once processing or shipping has started.
